Q1: Do I get my account upgraded immediately to Silver Membership after I made a purchase of RM1000?
A1: We review membership accounts on a montly basis. We will upgrade your account at the end of the month or in the beginning of the following month.

Q2: How long does normal membership lasts?
A2: Normal Membership lasts for life. 

Q3: How long do Silver, Gold and Platinum Memberships last? 
A3. Silver, Gold and Platinum Memberships last for the entire year when it was upgraded plus 1 year. For example, if your account was upgraded on 15th September 2017, your membership would last for the entire year of 2017 plus the entire of the following year, which is 2018. If your account was upgraded at the end of the year, for example 31st Dec 2017, your membership would last for only the entire year of 2018.

Q4: How often my membership will be reviewed? 
A4: Your membership will be reviewed once a year. The evaluation period is from January to December of the year. Your membership will be upgraded or downgraded based on its requirements.

Q5: How do I use my Free Shipping (MIN PURCHASE OF RM50 - only for Silver, Gold & Platinum Memberships)?
A5: You can check out your shopping cart as usual at a minimum purchase of RM50 and select "FREE SHIPPING" in shipping method.
